The application procedure
Once you have been accepted on an exchange programme by your home university and the responsible person made your nomination, you will need to provide us with the following documents:
your completed application form for Faculty of Translation and Interpreting or for other Faculties, signed by yourself and by your sending university’s exchange coordinator;
the Learning Agreement for bilateral exchange or for an Erasmus or an Erasmus-Belgica exchange (via OLA) signed by your sending university, indicating the courses that you wish to follow at Saint-Louis and, if you wish to study for a whole year, clearly separating the first term courses from the second term ones.
Please note that we will also need the original document upon your arrival in Brussels.
For the faculty of translation and interpreting : Véronique Vienne, responsible person for incoming students, firstname.lastname@example.org
For others faculties : Ms Françoise Paulus, responsible person for incoming students, Cellule des Relations internationales,
Before 31st May : for exchanges during the first term or for the entire academic year
Before 31 October : for exchanges during the second term
Late registrations cannot be considered so it is vital to respect these deadlines.
Once we have received your registration form and learning agreement you may return your completed accommodation reservation form to the Accommodation Office.
You will also need to send an e-mail - at least three days before your arrival - to the Erasmus Office indicating the exact date and time of your arrival.
