The residence has 3 floors, each with about fifty furnished bedrooms, collective fully equipped kitchens and common sanitary fittings. It has a lounge, a terrace, a laundry room, a bikeroom and a caretaker. The 7th floor and some bedrooms on the 6th floor are reserved for exchange students.
There are 4 types of accommodation: room standard with washbasin, room standard + with washbasin, room premium with private sanitary fittings and studio with private sanitary fittings and small kitchen.
Rents vary from 396€ to 628€ per month depending on the size, the level of comfort, the housing equipment and services. The charges (energy, internet, cleaning of the common rooms, caretaker) amount to 85€ a month. Deposit is equivalent to one or two month's rent.
