During your stay

Don’t forget to go to your classes! In order to be awarded the ECTS credits for your work you do need to attend the courses indicated in your learning agreement and take the corresponding examinations.

We ask you to behave in a manner befitting of a university student. This means being a caring, sharing, and respectful member of our community, respecting others, and respecting the university’s property & equipment.

You are warmly invited to take part in a range of social and cultural activities that are organised on your behalf and designed to make it easier for you to settle in (these include a university tour, a welcome drink, a tour of Brussels, class socials, a buddy programme, and much more besides).

We recommend that you consult the electronic Erasmus notice boards on a regular basis (or alternatively the notice boards located on the 3rd floor of the Marais building). These will keep you up-to-date about, for example, course cancellations, classroom changes, announcements for social events, personal ads, or messages, and last but not least the French as a Foreign Language course timetable.
