Income ceilings applicable to the partial reduction of tuition fees
Ceilings are established by an agreement between the different universities of the French-speaking Community of Belgium.
How to apply for a partial reduction at Saint-Louis
If you wish to apply you will need to submit your complete application, along with a advanced payment of 83,5€ or the full paiement of the tuition fees, to the Student and Social Affairs Service (SAES) during the enrolment period and at the latest by 31 October. Your application should include a copy of these documents.
Other benefits for students eligible for a partial reduction in tuition fees
Reduction of tuition fees (minerval): Tuition fees of 374 € instead of 835 €.
Reductions on books: 50% reduction on books (NB: but not on course documentation)
A meal allowance of 100 €. This allowance is disbursed once in each academic term, to students enrolled on daytime* programmes. If you wish to make an application, please complete this form.
*on the condition that your application is complete and approved by the Student Welfare Service (SAES) before the 25 November .
