Objectives

To allow the higher education teaching staff to acquire the knowledge or the know-how based on experience and good practices developed abroad as well as developing practical skills useful to their current job and in view of their professional development.

To help develop cooperation between higher education institutions and companies.

She tried the experience…

Stephanie Akrouchi is responsible for the reception and the secretary of the Presidency at the University of French Polynesia. She spent a few days with Caroline Gaussin, the administrative director of the Université Saint-Louis in June 2022.

" One week at USLB to discover everything ... it was too short! I was lucky to be received by Caroline Gaussin, Administrative Director, who gave me a lot of her time to explain me the functioning of the University of Saint-Louis in Brussels, the big projects for the future and to make me participate in very interesting services meetings. I also met a lot of services of the USLB in relation with the missions I have been entrusted with at the University of French Polynesia and this allowed a real exchange of good professional practices and an awareness of the problems of the universities which are finally the same everywhere in the world.

All the staff I met during my stay was very kind and made my stay very pleasant. I hope to be able to receive them in French Polynesia one day!

As we say at home Māuruuru roa (thank you very much)! "
