Let's complete a Master's programme abroad !

After completing your Bachelor’s degree at Saint-Louis, you don’t know where to continue studying and to start a Master’s programme ? Why not choosing to go abroad… ?

Willing to ease the transition of its undergraduate students towards the second cycle of their studies, The Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles concluded, in June 2014, a Memorandum of Understanding to allowing a few students enrolled in the third year of undergraduate studies at one of the courses offered by Economics, Social and Political Sciences and Communication Faculty to easily access the various Master's degree programs at Université Laval, Quebec.

As the first French-language university in the Americas, Université Laval has 48 000 students and welcomes every year 4,000 international students from 110 countries. Saint-Louis University has close ties with the university, which are reinforced by the successful exchanges of teachers and students.

Henceforth, students regularly enrolled at Saint-Louis in one of the following programmes will enjoy a facilitated access to the Master's degree programmes offered by the Université Laval without having to meet the admission criteria traditionally required by the latter:

Economics and Management

Business engineering

Political Science

Sociology and Anthropology

Information and communication

Beyond the possibility to spend a semester at Université Laval as part of a « classical » students exchange, students enrolled at Saint-Louis will have the occasion to spend the second semester of the third year of their Bachelor degree at Université Laval in the framework of an integrated programme, in preparation for a regular admission to the Master degree in Political Sciences, Sociology, Economics or Public Affairs offered by the Social Sciences Faculty of Université Laval.

This facilitated access is also available to students who did not take part in an exchange at Université Laval but is subject to a positive evaluation of their application by the competent authorities of Université Laval.

This agreement is a first step towards the development of other partnerships with a few carefully selected universities, located in Asia and America.
