Partner Appreciation Day

We are honored and excited to invite our partners to our Partner Appreciation Day that will be organized on September 25th 2023. The event will be held at the UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles's campus, located in the heart of Brussels. As the 2023 EAIE Annual Conference and Exhibition will be organized in Rotterdam from September 26th to September 29th 2023 and because Rotterdam is only a one-hour train ride from Brussels, we thought it would be a great opportunity to welcome our partners traveling from around the world to attend the event. We value our partnerships and wish to seize the occasion to welcome you on our campus, get to know our team, and showcase our beautiful city.

The event will be held from 8:30 to 18:00 and include:

      campus tour and presentations about UCLouvain Saint-Louis - Bruxelles

      one-on-one meetings with our international office staff (incoming officers, outgoing officers, institutional coordinator, agreement manager etc.)

      networking lunch

      waffle workshop

      tour of Brussels

If you are not able to join our Partner Appreciation Day and are attending the EAIE 2023 Annual Conference, you may contact our international office to set-up a meeting with our colleagues who will attend the conference.
