Complet the following steps :

  BEFORE THE BEGINING AF THE YEAR   

Finalise your registration on your intranet

To log in : use your access code : identifiant (your matriculation number) and your initial password (8 capital letters)

Click on My enrolment file :

- check that nothing is missing from your file and if necessary complete it.

- validate your registration.

Activate your Microsoft Office 365 account

To log in : use your access code : email (prenom.nom@student.usaintlouis.be) and your initial password (8 capital letters)

Check your student email adress in Outlook

To log in : use your access code : email (prenom.nom@student.usaintlouis.be) and your initial password (8 capital letters)

Compose your annual course programme with KULeuven*

* only for student in Business Engineering. Other students have to compose their programme on the USLB Intranet

  AS FROM 16TH SEPTEMBER    

Consult your course schedule and valves on the intranet

To log in : use your access code : identifiant (your matriculation number) and your initial password (8 capital letters)

Your course timetable can be consulted online on your intranet ("my timetable" tab).

You can consult your valves online on your Intranet ("my valves" tab). Schedule changes, course cancellations, room changes, etc. are indicated on the valves.

Use Moodle

Order your syllabi on your intranet

To log in : use your access code : identifiant (your matriculation number) and your initial password (8 capital letters)

Connect to the university wifi

To log in to Eduroam network : use your access code : email (prenom.nom@student.usaintlouis.be) and your initial password (8 capital letters)
