Online Services
Services for Students
Intranet
The intranet enables you to check your enrolment file, your faculty file, faculty announcements, and job offers.
To connect to the intranet, you should use your matriculation number as your username, and the password that was communicated to you when you enrolled. You will have constantly updated access to all essential information.
MoodleUSLB
Moodle groups the course sites maintained by certain members of staff.
Please note that not all courses have a site, and that not all sites have the same type of structure or content. You can access Moodle with your enrolment number and the password communicated to you when you enrolled. If you have any question, please contact the Moodle Helpdesk
Office 365 & Mail adresse
The University provides you with an Office365 account. This account allows you to have the Office suite in the cloud or download it to your computer, tablet or smartphone. It also gives you access to other tools such as OneDrive - a tool similar to Dropbox, a folder that allows you to share documents - and Teams - software that allows you to make video calls, chat and work collaboratively. It also provides you with a calendar and a mailbox. This is the mailbox where the University will send any email concerning you.
In order to activate your account, the login is the @student.usaintlouis.be email address and the password is the one you received on your private email address when you registered.
Library user’s page
Access to your personalised library user’s page is with your enrolment number and the password communicated to you when you enrolled (just as with the Intranet).
IT helpdesk
The helpdesk will assist you with any questions or problems regarding access to or use of the Intranet, eSaintLouis, Office 365, Eduroam WiFi, and other applications made available by the IT service.
