Course contents :

In Q2, the political history of 20th century Spain is studied in the form of ex cathedra (learning to take notes in another language) and exercises such as CA, CL. EE is assessed through summaries of articles related to the press review and the content of Spanish civilisation.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
• Ex cathedra exhibition of Spanish grammar and semi-autonomous exercises.
• Organisation of hearing comprehension (CA) and reading comprehension (LC)
• Semi-autonomous learning of vocabulary
• Reading and analysis of press texts
• Qualified debates that involve active student participation.
• Press reviews by students on clearly defined topics at the beginning of the year.

Assessment methods and criteria :
Throughout the academic year, assessment is continuous and involves regular TJ work by students and attendance at classes. Any undelivered work or unjustified absence from a course or test will result in a 0/20.
However, a test (divided into two parts) is organised in the first quarter around November. These are tests of revision of the subject seen the previous year (grammar + vocabulary) in level 1.
Two examinations are organised:
Q1: average of the TJ + November tests + exam = Q1 grade, i.e. 50% of the final grade
Q2: [TJ average + written exams (50% of Q2 score)] and [oral (50% of Q2 score)] = Q2 score, i.e. 50% of the final score.
In case of confinement :
In the case where some (or all) of the teaching activities are carried out at a distance, instructions will be sent by Moodle and the active participation of each student in these activities is expected. The work, activities, carried out at a distance will also be included in the degree of continuous assessment. Any modification (content, evaluation, calendar...) due to external circumstances will be communicated by Moodle.
The final tests will be done via the Moodle (written) and Teams (oral) platforms.
