- Introduction to environmental economics and sustainable development - Macroeconomics and the environment - Microeconomics and the environment - Economic evaluation of environmental projects - Environmental policy instruments - Economics of natural resources
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
Formal lectures + thematic discussions + COIL project with the University of Saskatchewan. ATTENTION, this course is based on continuous assessment
Assessment methods and criteria :
First session : course with continuous assessment : 30% COIL project - paper, 25% mid-term exam, 25% final quiz (during the course schedule), 10% class participation, 10% ‘homeworks'
Second session : oral exam with 2 theoretical questions for 100% of the points.
