Course contents :
- Introduction to environmental economics and sustainable development - Macroeconomics and the environment - Microeconomics and the environment - Economic evaluation of environmental projects - Environmental policy instruments - Economics of natural resources
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
Formal lectures + various student presentations + thematic discussions
Assessment methods and criteria :
First session : 30% paper or presentation, 30% mid-term exam, 30% final exam (written or oral - to be decided), 10% class participation
Second session : oral exam with 2 theoretical questions for 100% of the points.
Recommended or required reading :
Collection of scientific papers given at the beginning of the semester
