Course contents :
The course consists of two parts: a general part (4 courses), taught by O. De Schutter, and a special part devoted to the analysis of the principal rights related to individual autonomy (8 courses), taught by J.-Y. Carlier and S. Saroléa. The general part of the course covers the fundamental principles, including the role of international human rights legislation in general public international law and the general theory on human rights. The special part of the course includes 8 chapters and deals with the main material guarantees that are officially recognised by international human rights legislation.

Lectures with the analysis of case law.
