Excursions to Germanic countries

Each year, academic staff organise linguistic and cultural excursions to the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria or the Netherlands. The university covers most of the cost of these excursions.

Exchange Programmes

You may also participate in an ERASMUS exchange during the first term of your third year of study.

Saint-Louis offers three types of exchange programme:

• ERASMUS exchanges with universities from across the European Union,
• ERASMUS Belgica exchanges with Dutch-language universities in Belgium,
• Bilateral exchanges with universities outside Europe.

Grants for language study visits

You may apply for a grant to support the costs of a language study visit to another European country during the summer holiday period.

Current destinations include Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. The award of a grant is made on the basis of the quality of your application and in particular the reasons motivating you. The grant may cover up to half of the overall cost of your visit, including essential travel costs.
