The aim of the course is to provide an insight into some concepts and techniques in corporate finance. These concepts and techniques should allow students to set objectives of financial management and solve concrete problems of financial management.

* Introduction to Corporate Finance; The Valuation of Future Cash Flows; * Capital budgeting techniques: Net Present Value and Making Capital Investment Decision and Project Evaluations; * Risk and Return: Optimal Portfolio Choice and the Capital Asset Market Model; * Capital Structure and Payout Policy; * Capital Budgeting and Valuation with Leverage; * Financial Options.
