The case law of the European Court of Justice plays is commonly used.

The course sets out a synthesis of the legal regime of the internal market. The following items are thus covered: free movement of goods, services, persons (worker & citizen) and capital. The main rules governing the law on competition are also covered. The main emphasis is on analysing primary legislation. The course aims to give students a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms governing the European Union's substantive law.
