This seminar should link the programme activities to the current issues facing the European Union in order to give the students a grip on ongoing debates at stake.

Course contents :
Each year, the seminar focuses on one or many questions of current issues facing the European Union in close connection with the major. The teacher provides the basic notions to understand the outcomes of the debate and invites people involved in it to provide insights on how the institutions actually function and on how interest groups interact.
The content is determined by the European questions selected
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
Ex cathedra presentations and interventions of experts.
The seminar acts for an active contribution from the students (readings, oral and written essays').
