2013 - 2014 Programme
Bachelor in Philosophy For the holder of a Bachelor in French and Romance Languages and Literatures
Overview
This BA in Philosophy is designed to be complementary to the BA in French and Romance Languages and Literatures.
It qualifies its holders to pursue a corresponding second cycle master’s course.
It aims to provide students with an opportunity to consolidate and broaden their education in philosophy, and its courses are selected for their synergies with the BA in French and Romance Languages and Literatures. This option is intended mainly for students who choose a minor in philosophy.
Programme content is governed by a harmonisation agreement between the universities of the French-speaking Community of Belgium. As a consequence, at least one course for each subject listed in the agreement for BA programmes in philosophy must be included in one of the student’s two programmes (BA in French and Romance Languages and Literatures or second BA in Philosophy) and must total at least 108 ECTS credits.
Students who enrol on a second BA in philosophy without having chosen a minor in philosophy in their main BA programme must add the courses of this minor programme to their second degree programme.
Programme
