Admission Requirements

Access to the Advanced Master is established by Article 54 of the Decree of 31 March 2004 defining higher education, promoting its integration into the European higher education area and refinancing universities, as well as by the implementation decrees pursuant to this decree.

Have direct access to the Advanced Master in Interdisciplinary Analysis of European Integration, without additional programme, students who are holders of either:

  • An academic master's degree (120 credits), issued by the French Community or the Flemish Community: political and social sciences, legal sciences, criminology, economics and management, information and communication, history, art and archaeology, or an equivalent degree issued by the Royal Military Academy;
  • An academic graduate degree (BA) corresponding to one of the above mentioned degrees issued by the French Community or the Flemish Community under the provisions prior to the Decree of 31 March 2004;
  • A diploma or degree recognised by the French Community as equivalent to one of those mentioned above.

Have access to the Advanced Master in Interdisciplinary Analysis of European Integration, providing they can claim a personal or professional experience in the European area and / or prior academic achievement considered sufficient by the admission committee, under a decision of the latter and according to the additional requirements it sets, students who are holders of:

  • An academic master's degree (120 credits) other than those mentioned above, issued by the French Community or the Flemish Community, including academic master’s degrees (120 credits) issued by non-university long period higher education or by the Royal Military College;
  • An academic graduate degree corresponding to one of the above mentioned degrees issued by the French Community of Belgium under the provisions prior to the Decree of 31 March 2004;
  • A foreign diploma or degree considered comparable to one of those mentioned above and valued at a minimum of 300 credits by the jury.

The programme requires a very good knowledge of French and a working knowledge of English (very good passive knowledge at least).
