Learning outcomes :

At the end of the course, students should be able to :

- Analyse the environment of an organisation: macro-environment, industry and competitors and markets
- Identify strategic capabilities in terms of organizational resources and competences and analyze how they can provide a competitive advantage
- Understand the range of frameworks, tools and techniques needed for a strategic diagnosis (internal and external) and apply fundamental principles to specific cases.
- Understand the strategic choices at the business and corporate levels.
