Enrolment procedures for Advanced Master’s Programmes

If you wish to apply for a place on an advanced master’s programme, you need to make your application online before the deadline (30 september 2020).

The Admissions Jury will consider your application. Since this process can take several weeks, we recommend that you submit your application at least one month before the start of your programme - don’t forget that the academic year begins on 11 September 2020.

Admission process is done in French. The minimum level of French requested is the B2 level (Common European Framework).

You are a national of a European country (it doesn’t matter where you are resident) or you are a national of a non-European country and you are resident in Belgium

Between begining of February 2019 and 30 September 2020, you can fill in the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM (in french).

You are a national of a non-European country and you are officialy resident outside Belgium

If this applies to you, you need to obtain a student visa to be able to study in Belgium. To obtain a visa, you need to apply to the Belgian Embassy in your country of residence. Please note that you must first obtain agreement from Saint-Louis to admit you. Your first step should therefore be to make an application to us.

Please note that the admissions procedure, and an application for a study visa, can take between 3 and 6 months to process, so it is important to submit your application as early as possible.
