Re-registration procedures 2021-2022

 

Concerns only students registered in Saint-Louis in 2020-2021

In the event of an interruption in studies of at least one year, a new online application must be submitted.

 

 

At the end of the June 2021 examination session

 

If all the credits of the annual program are acquired, the re-registration request is automatically activated.  The student concerned by this situation will receive an e-mail explaining the rest of the procedure during the month of July 2021.

 

Students who have not acquired all the credits of their annual programme for the June 2021 exam session, even if they do not register for the second session, cannot apply to re-register before the second week of September 2021 (see: at the end of the September 2021 session).

 

 

At the end of the August 2021 examination session

 

If all the credits of the annual program are acquired, the re-registration request is automatically activated.  The student concerned by this situation will receive an e-mail explaining the rest of the procedure from the second week of September 2021.

 

If all the credits of the annual programme are not acquired in the August 2021 exam session or if the second session has not been submitted, the student who wishes to re-register must submit his or her request via the intranet, under the heading "Registration file", as early as the second week of September and no later than September 30, 2021.

 

 

These procedures do not apply to students who are registering at another higher education institution (master's degree or reorientation). In this case, it is necessary to contact the institution concerned to find out how to register.
