Application and registration instructions

The Bachelor of Science in Business Engineering is a joint program organised by KU Leuven and the Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles.  

In order to register, all candidate must first (1) submit an application via the KU Leuven admission platform.

Once admitted, KU Leuven will automatically transfer files to the Université Saint-Louis and candidates will receive an e-mail from Saint-Louis administration asking them (2) to confirm their registration. This e-mail will include the amount of the registration fee to be paid at Saint-Louis.

At the end of this process, students will be automatically registred at both universities.

Admission and registration process in practice

(1) submit an online application via the Admissions Office of KU Leuven by following the application instructions. Applicants with a secondary school diploma issued within the Flemish Community are not required to submit an online application. They can start their registration here.

(2) confirm registration after receiving an e-mail from Université Saint-Louis registration platform (tuition fees, scholarships opportunities, registration rules are managed by the Université Saint-Louis)

NON-EEA citizens:1 March

EEA citizens: 1 July

EEA  and NON-EEA citizens residing in Belgium: beginning of the academic year

Registration deadline

For all EEA and NON-EEA : 31 October

Registration occurs after payment of tuition fees (at least payment of the deposit)

Tuitions fees

EEA citizens: 835 euros/academic year

NON-EEA citizens: 2000 euros/academic year

Students pay the tuition fees applicable at Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles.
