Recognition of previously acquired qualifications

Officially recognised educational pathways (passerelles) in the French Community of Belgium

If you have already obtained a Belgian higher education qualification from a university or other higher education institution and you would like to find out about the different university programmes that are available to you, the French Community in Belgium’s website provides full details (see Passerelles).

Course and year exemptions

If you have already successfully completed one or more courses as part of a previous programme, or even part or all of a previous programme, and you wish to have these studies recognised academically as part of your Saint-Louis programme, you will need to submit a formal request to the University’s Programme Approval Commission (CAP).

Recognition of Professional Credentials (VAE)

Through the Recognition of Professional Credentials the professional and/or personal experience you acquire outside of your studies can be recognised, and may count towards your chosen programme of study! Please contact the Academic Administration Service.
