For it to be official, the abandonment must be notified to the enrollment Service by following the procedure indicated "URL:https://www.usaintlouis.be/sl/desinscription.html".

Reminder (extract from Article 12 of the General Regulations for Studies and Exams):

A registration may be cancelled at the express request of the student before 1 December; only the deposit of 50 euros on the registration fee remains due*.

If withdrawal from studies is notified after 30th November, the year of study is taken into account in the student's curriculum. Registration fees remain due in full.

* If you have made a payment for an amount greater than 50 euros, the amount overpaid will be refunded to the account number you provided when you applied for enrolment. If you have not filled in the account number, please inform the Enrolment Service by e-mail (inscriptions@usaintlouis.be ), accompanied by a copy of your valid identity card.

Summer courses

Cancellation must be duly notified to enrollment Serviceat least one week before the start of the course or exams. In this case, the registration fee will be refunded in full. Beyond this deadline, the registration fee is not refunded.

Continuing education

Cancellation and refund procedures for continuing education programmes are specific to each programme and are communicated directly by the secretariat of the continuing education
