Key learning outcomes

At the end of the Advanced Masters in Environmental Law and Public Real Estate Law students will have acquired a broad range of specific, interdisciplinary and transferable academic skills, including:

  • In-depth expertise in public real estate law and environmental law, including in their relevant international, European and national dimensions;
  • An understanding of the interplay between environmental law and other branches of law (tax, criminal, judicial, civil liability) from which environmental law borrows certain techniques;
  • An overarching vision on the legal disciplines, which are tending to converge due to the cross-cutting nature of ecological problems;
  • The ability to communicate both orally and in writing, including presenting sources and arguments in relation to an issue connected with environmental law or public real estate law;
  • An expertise that will serve as a strong platform for a career in environmental law and public real estate law.
