At the end of the course, students should: - have acquired or reinforced their basic grammatical and lexical knowledge of German; - be able to express their thoughts orally in a simple manner in situations meeting everyday language needs; - be able to understand, in an overall or analytical manner, political, social and economic texts that stem from current events in German-speaking countries, as well as be able to summarise them in French.
