This course has a double objective: firstly, to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the texts, case law, and practices in the field of the free movement of people, both within and towards the European Union; and secondly, building on the theoretical part, to engage discussion about future challenges.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
Lectures dealing with the study of case law judgements follow an interactive format in order to promote exchange with students and stimulate discussion. The part of the course devoted to practices may involve presentations by guest experts.
