The aim is to study the contribution of economic theory to the understanding of environmental problems and the solutions that can be brought to them.

- Introduction to environmental economics and to sustainable development; - Theoretical foundations; - Theory of externalities; - Economic evaluation of environmental projects; - Environmental policy instruments; - Natural resource economics; - Examples of current problems.
