Bachelor in Law For the holder of a Bachelor in Economics and Management
This standard dual Bachelor's degree programme is subject to be adapted according to student''s academic choices and possible changes in bachelors programmes.
Courses followed in the context of a dual-degree programme MAY NOT count towards the main Bachelor's degree.
Students are not allowed to anticipate the courses from the dual degree programme that they plan to take as part of the minor in the main degree programme.
Courses to be followed from the 1st-year law programme
This course replaces the courses of Droit (30h) and Droit privé (30h) in the 1st-year economics and management programme. For scheduling reasons, this course is to be followed in the evening and counts for 75h.
Note: as this course from the law programme replaces courses in the economics and management programme, failure to pass this course will have an impact on students’ succeeding in their main Economics and Management programme.

60h of the 75h are to be followed. Students are exempted from the Pensée pénale et criminologique I (15h) part of the course. This course is part of the law minor in the Economics and Management programme.
These course replace the courses of English II (60h) or Dutch II (60h) in the 2nd year of the Economics and Management programme.

Courses to be followed from the 3rd-year law programme
(This course can be replaced by the course of Law, ethics and politics [2 Q. • 30 Th. • 3 ECTS] van Dijk Niels, de Vries Katja, taught in Dutch, according to the conditions offered to students in the 3rd-year law programme.
This course can replace the course of Fondements institutionnels du droit européen (45h, 3 ECTS, A. BAILLEUX) offered in the law minor of the Economics and Management programme.
