Course contents :
The course is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to the historical, politico-legal, institutional and ideological foundations of the European Union. The institutional context and the elaboration process of European law will be studied in the second part of the course. The third part will focus on the formal sources and on the authority (primacy, direct effect, right of review) of European Union law.
