Access to further studies

The Masters’ (postgraduate or second cycle) programme of study builds on the BA. It is designed as an entry-level qualification for the professional world.

The Masters’ programme normally involves studying courses worth a total of 120 credits, which, as in the BA programme, is made up of both compulsory and optional courses.

Successful completion of a BA gives students automatic access to a Master’s in:

  • translation or
  • interpretation

Other Master’s programmes may be followed provided that the student enrols on a complementary set of additional course units (max 15 credits). These are:
