Learning outcomes :
The course offers a general introduction to production, operations and supply chain management, focusing not only on the production and distribution of physical goods, but also on the production and delivery of services.
To reach this objective, the course covers fundamental concepts in operations management, planning and logistics, and strategic and tactical decision-making.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
Lectures (on campus) and practical work (in the computer rooms). In line with the measures taken in the context of the health crisis, it is possible to switch to online teaching if necessary.

Assessment methods and criteria :
1st Exam session :
- Open book written exam (2 hours, online) (90% of final grade: 45% on the Theory and 45% on the Exercises)
- Ongoing assessment - 4 tasks to be handed in during the exercise sessions (10% of the final mark, each task counting for 2,5%)
An aide-memoire written by the instructors will be distributed during the examination. This checklist will also be published on Moodle.
2nd Exam session :
Open book written exam (2 hours, online) (100% of final grade: 50% on the Theory and 50% on the Exercises)
