2020 - 2021 Programme

Teaching Approach

According to the content and the objective of each course or seminar, teaching takes place either in the form of lectures or in the form of small work groups that facilitate the presentation of assignments and exercises as well as subsequent discussions. The specialisation courses are taught to small groups of students, and the academic staff is composed of lecturers who are available to meet with their students. Support classes are also available during the 1st year.

Regardless of the Bachelor programme, Saint-Louis places strong emphasis on academic support. The Academic Guidance Service offers various support activities and is available to meet with students upon request.

Assessment

Three exam sessions are organised during the academic year: in January, in June and in August/September.  In the first year, the January exams are a sort of trial session, and exams for subjects in which students do not receive passing grades can be re-taken in June and/or in September.
