Educational effectiveness is ensured by the complementary nature of several teaching methods: lectures accompanied by discussions that highlight the participants’ previous experience and professional background. Students are also required to produce a final dissertation. It is for them an opportunity to study in depth and from a critical perspective, a subject related to the environmental law or the public property law.
The teaching methods take into consideration the need to optimise the limited time adult students can devote to such studies in addition to their professional and/or family life.
Regarding the assessment methods, they generally take the form of a written or an oral examination. The final dissertation is also an integral part of the final assessment.
