Admission Requirements

The following entry requirements are based on article 112 of the Decree of 7 November 2013 on higher education and the organisation of academic study.

In accordance with the Regulation for the Advanced Master’s in Environmental Law and Public Real Estate Law, the programme is open to holders of a second cycle qualification in Law of a value of 120 credits awarded by a Belgian university. In line with the provisions in the legislation of the French Community of Belgium and the Directives of the Master’s Council, the Board may in very exceptional cases waive the related requirements where the student concerned is able to demonstrate personal and/or professional experience that gives him/her extensive knowledge of Belgian public law.
