Introduction to philosophical questioning

Read and analyse philosophical texts in a critical and qualified way

Develop an analytical capacity and a curiosity towards the social realities which surround us
Encourage reflexivity regarding social life
Acquiring general knowledge through the discovery of the founders of sociology
Acquiring ley concepts and sociological reasoning

Course contents :
Philosophy : Dialog between the european and the chinese philosophy

Sociology : Introduction to social sciences and sociological reasoning, through 9 different research.

Philosophy :
Face-to-face, first term, 30 hours of theory. The reading of the texts to be analysed is recommanded.

Sociology :
Face-to-face, first term, 30 hours of theory. The book is considered as course learning material.

Written and/or oral examination

Sociology :
Written examination / 4 open questions

In case of a fail grade, you're invited to visit the MOODLE page of the course and check the details. A 10/20 or higher mark will automatically be transferred to the second or third exam session. It's thus not possible to re-sit the exam related to this part of the course.
