Learning outcomes :
The course offers a general introduction to production, operations and supply chain management, focussing not only on the production and distribution of physical goods, but also the production and delivery of services.

To reach this objective, the course covers fundamental concepts in operations management, planning and logistics, and structural and tactic decision.

Assessment methods and criteria :
The summative assessment is a written closed-book examination lasting three hours. A summary written by the lectures will be distributed during the exam. This summary is also available on moodleUSL-B.
