From the theoretical concepts presented, the course proposes to construct and analyse a communication system.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
Theoretical part: presentation of the models and concepts, and analysis of examples.
Practical part: workshops to design a media device (project).
The course is organized mainly by distance learning:
- introduction of the course via Teams or in person, depending on the conditions that allow it;
- commented presentations of the different chapters in the form of videos accessible online;
- question and answer sessions on the theoretical part via Teams or in person, depending on the conditions that allow it;
- workshops on the project using remote collaborative tools.

Assessment methods and criteria :
On the one hand, the course is evaluated on the basis of an individual oral exam in session. It covers both the mastery of the theoretical part and the ability to analyze the media device produced by the students. On the other hand, the quality of this production and its presentation is evaluated collectively (group work).
