Learning outcomes :
The aim of this course is to introduce the students to the great thinkers and to the major topics of the history of philosophy, by means of specific philosophical issues.

Course contents :
The first part of the course will be dedicated to the critical philosophy of Kant. The second half will be dedicated to an introduction to philosophies of life and existence.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
This course is based on lectures about a philosopher or a philosophical topic, and on related readings. The course will thus switch between general lectures and precise and closed readings.

One class work out of session + one work at home
