Interuniversity Certificate in Competition Law
En septembre 2017, et pour la deuxième année consécutive, Saint-Louis s'associe à la cocertfication du Certificat interuniversitaire en Droit de la concurrence, organisé par la Brussels School of Competition (BSC) et par l'Université de Liège (ULg).
Ce programme est dispensé entièrement en langue anglaise.
The programme in Competition Law and Economics has been designed to meet the needs of companies and their counsels, who have to cope with increasingly complex competition rules and the unprecedented economic risks arising from the enforcement of those rules.
Ambition of the programme : 5 unique definiting features and 2 main objectives
The programme is divided into 10 modules and 3 clinical seminars, with 15 hours for each module and with 5 hours for each clinical seminar. More details here.
The programm covers a full academic year, starting on 22 September 2017 and ending on 22 June 2018. The course is held on Friday afternoons
Each module takes place over a period of three weeks, with three weekly lectures on Friday afternoons from 12.30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In addition to the modules, the clinical seminars will be held on three consecutive Fridays, lasting 5 hours each.
The course will take place on the premises of the FEB (Fédération des Entreprises de Belgique), Rue Ravenstein 4, 1000 Brussels.
All applicants must hold a Master degree in law, in economics or in management science.
Alternatively, applicants may hold a Master in another field and demonstrate sufficient legal expertise (e.g., professional experience or additional training in law).
(The Brussels School of Competition will ask participants to provide proof of their academic qualifications.)
The tuition fee is €6,000* for the entire course (10 modules + 3 clinical seminars).
The fee for a single module is €700*. The fee for each clinical seminar is €250*.
