Grants for language study visits

You can apply for a grant to support the costs of a language study visit to another European country during the summer holiday period.

Current destinations include Spain, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. The award of a grant is made on the basis of the quality of your application and in particular the reasons motivating you. The grant may cover up to half of the overall cost of your visit, including essential travel costs.

Exchange programmes

The University of Saint-Louis, Brussels, has exchange agreements in place with a number of universities outside of the Wallonia-Brussels area.

These agreements enable you to follow part of your third-year programme at a partner university, while remaining a Saint-Louis student.

In exchange, students of partner universities may follow part of their programme at Saint-Louis.

Saint-Louis offers three types of exchange programme:

• ERASMUS exchanges with universities across the European Union
• ERASMUS Belgica exchanges with Dutch-language universities in Belgium
• Bilateral exchanges with universities outside of Europe.

Please note that ERASMUS exchanges are organised during the first term of your third year of study. The courses you take during your exchange count for approximately 30 credits.
