"Graduaçao sanduiche" scholarship from the "Science without Borders" programme - Call 2015

If you are a Brazilian student and wish to apply for a Graduaçao Sanduiche scholarship to study for one term or for a year in Belgium in the framework of the "Science without Borders" programme, welcome!  

First, you have to:

apply to the programme "Science without Borders" to be eligible for a scholarship.

download your language proficiency test results (French, English or both) on the "Science without Borders" portal.

If you are pre-selected and would like to study at Saint-Louis University, Brussels, you must apply to our university between 26 January and 15 February 2015 for your exchange stay in Brussels.

Some steps to follow

Chose your Faculty according to your field of study and establish your course programme with your academic superviser in your home university.

Faculty of Law (Law)

Faculty of Philosophy, Languages & Literatures, and Human Sciences (Philosophy, History, Romance and German languages)

Faculty of Economics, Social and Political Sciences and Communication (Economics and management, Business engineering, Political Sciences, Information and communication, Sociology and anthropology)

Fill in your study programme (learning agreement) at Saint-Louis University, Brussels.

We remind you that your study plan should be composed of 30 ECTS per term or 60 ECTS for a one-year stay.  

Unlike the academic year in Brazil, the Belgian academic year 2015-2016 is organised as follow:

1st term: from 14 September 2015 to 30 January 2016

2nd term: from 1 February 2016 to 30 June 2016

Send your application form

Please complete the application form and send it back with all the requested documents. The individual universities application forms can also be downloaded on the ARES website.

You can decide to submit your application to two universities. In this case, it is compulsory to send an e-mail specifying which one is your first choice by the 16th of Februray 2015.

Your final selection will be published on the official list on the website of the "Science without Borders" programme according to the calendar mentioned in the call. If you are selected, your name will figure on the official list that will be forwarded to the participant french-speaking universities.
