Which residence is available to exchange students ?

Saint-Louis proposes to its exchange students, in partnership with Quares Student Housing, about fourty rooms in the mixed student residence "Ommegang" located on the Saint-Louis campus.

The residence has 3 floors, each with about fifty furnished rooms, collective fully equipped kitchens and common sanitary fittings. It also has a lounge, a laundry room, a bicycle parking and a caretaker.  The 7th floor is reserved for exchange students.

There are four types of accommodation: room standard with washbasin, room standard + with washbasin, room premium with private sanitary fittings, studio with private sanitary fittings and kitchen.

Rents vary from 412€ to 651€ per month depending on the size, level of comfort and equipment of the accommodation. The charges (energy, internet, cleaning of the common rooms, caretaker) amount to 75€ a month. The deposit is equivalent to one or two month's rent.  A  rental of a duvet, a pillow and bed sheets is mandatory and costs 50€ (not towels).  The final cleaning of the room costs 50€ for a room standard, 75€ for a room premium and 100€ for a studio.
