Registration Fees and Language-Learning Grants

 

Participants can either attend the full programme or decide to focus exclusively on two weeks (weeks I - II or weeks II - III).

 

Please note that the week I and week III take place in Brussels whereas the week II take place in Brussels, Luxembourg, Strasbourg and Geneva. During this week, acomodation and travels costs are covered by organisers.

Registration fees depends on your status and the option taken:

 

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION | For those participants hho apply from 1 February to 15 March, 2018  >  >  > Extended deadline till 30 March, 2018!

 

3-week programme (July 2 - 14):

850 EUR - students currently enrolled at university, current Blue Book trainees of the European Commission and alumni from Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles  and unemployed people

1350 EUR - other participants

 

2-week programme (July 2 - 14) OR (July 9 - 20):

650 EUR - students currently enrolled at university, current Blue Book trainees of the European Commission and alumni from Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles  and unemployed people

1050 EUR - other participants

 

REGULAR FEE | For those participants who apply from 30 March, 2018 onwards

 

3-week programme (July 2 - 14):

950 EUR - students currently enrolled at university, current Blue Book trainees of the European Commission, alumni from Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles  and unemployed people

1450 EUR - other participants

 

2-week programme (July 2 - 14) OR (July 9 - 20):

750 EUR - students currently enrolled at university, current Blue Book trainees of the European Commission and alumni from Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles  and unemployed people

1150 EUR - other participants

 

Cost cover:

the award of the participation certificate;

course materials;

visits to the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Investment Bank (Luxembourg), the European Parliament (Brussels and Strasbourg), the European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg) and the World Trade Organization (Geneva);

transportation and accommodation costs in Luxembourg, Strasbourg and Geneva;

university card to access to the campus and the library;

campus wifi;

welcome breakfast and farewell cocktail lunch in Brussels.

 

Cost does not cover accommodation in Brussels or meals other than those explicitly mentioned in the programme.

Language-Learning Grants

 

Students at Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles can apply for language-learning grants (bourses linguistiques) aimed at covering part of can their registration fees. For more information on this matter, please contact :
