Practical Information

Teaching Method

The Program provides a number of presentations involving academics of European and international law as well as experts in the specific topicscovered by the program. Interaction within the class will be created and strong participation from all students is expected.

Class Materials

The materials for the course will be provided in electronic format to all admitted students a few weeks before the beginning of the program.

Campus Facilities and Location

Each student will be provided with a Student Card which will allow them in the library. Each student will also be given a code to connect to the internet inside the campus.

Accommodation

In Brussels

Optional accommodation in Brussels is available through the University at a cost of 20-30 EUR/night (accommodation is not included in the fee). Accommodation consists of single or twin students rooms with shared bathrooms and kitchens. Rooms available are located in the residences "Maison Moulin" and "Maison Gillon" near the university at ten minutes walk. (Location map)

Selected applicants interested, please fill the Accomodation Request Form and send it via email to the coordination officer before May, 2016.

Please note that the Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles has a limited number of rooms: the sooner you will send your Application Form and the Accomodation Request Form the better chance you have to get in.

Once the Coordination Officer will receive the Accomodation Request Form (ARF), the accommodation service will send to the selected candidate a contract. For more information about student rooms prices and our cancellation policy please check the ARF - 2016 (above).

Another recommended option is the Citadines Apart-Hotel in Sainte-Catherine neighborhood (around 50 EUR per night in a shared studio, including breakfast).
